7. You may cancel your order by notifying EasternShape in writing within 8 days of receiving the goods:
•by post to the address above, marked for the attention of the Customer Liaison Department, or
•by fax to fax number 81-3-6418-0351 marked for the attention of the Customer Liaison Department, or

You must then return the goods to EasternShape at your expense. Note that if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods EasternShape reserves the right not to accept their return and your payment will not be refunded. EasternShape will refund the full purchase price to you within 30 days of the receipt of your notice of cancellation. As the goods are your responsibility until they reach us, we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit and we therefore recommend that you pack them carefully and obtain a proof of dispatch.

9. You must be at least 18 years old in order to purchase goods from EasternShape via this website and therefore no contract will be formed between you and EasternShape if you are under the age of 18 on the date you submit your order for goods to EasternShape.

10. We ship orders world wide every day,usually, arrival takes 1-2 weeks from shipping. To avoid unexpected customs fees or duties, check with the customs department in your country about its importation policies. EasternShape is NOT responsible for any sales taxes, customs duties or other taxes charged by your customs department.
